  1. Seats are offered on a first-come-first-served basis.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. ABC Pathways International Kindergarten will follow EDB instructions in case of typhoon signal 3, red rainstorm or epidemic outbreak or flu outbreak. If face-to-face lesson is suspended, we will adopt online lesson for half-day programs to ensure student will be learning under a safe environment. Afternoon lessons for Whole-Day programs will be cancelled and there will be no make-up classes or refunds. <\/span>\n

    1. If online lesson is adopted, students have to login to Zoom for online lessons. Parents please get Zoom installed on your desktop computer or tablet.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Please enjoy the Zoom lesson in a quiet environment and ensure Wifi or network connection is stable. If students are late for the lesson or your side ceases the connection in the midway of the lesson, no refund of a make-up session will be provided.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. No video recording, audio recording or photos are allowed during online lesson.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. If typhoon signal number 8 or above, or a black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, all classes (including online lessons) will be suspended. There will be no make-up classes or refunds for the affected session.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. If a student is absent from class due to illness or personal reasons, there will be no make-up classes or refunds for the missed session.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The tuition fee is not refundable for any reason. In the case of strong personal reasons, special consideration will be given for refunds based on individual situations. If a special case is approved, a handling charge of $200 will be applied per application form. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Any amendments after application will charge handling charge $100.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. To ensure personal and campus hygiene, please do not eat at campus.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    9. If a student has allergic reactions to food or materials, parents shall submit a written notice to ABC Pathways International Kindergarten upon application.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    10. ABC Pathways Group holds the right to take video or photos of students in class. ABC Pathways International Kindergarten also holds the right to use those videos and photos for promotional purposes. Parents will not be notified about this in advance. For any enquiries, please write to ABC Pathways International Kindergarten.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n

    11. ABC Pathways Group and its appointed data companies have the right to use students’ personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, and email address) to contact me via WhatsApp, SMS, email, fax, direct phone calls, or other forms of communication for the purpose of notifying me about students and course promotional matters. ABC Pathways Group will not disclose my personal data to any third party for direct marketing purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    12. ABC Pathways International Kindergarten holds the right to change the course schedule and content if necessary. ABC Pathways Group reserves the right of final decision.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      ABC Summer Camp: Limited-Time Online Offer
      First 150 Successful Enrolments Receive a $200 Supermarket Voucher
      Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. First 150 Parents who successfully enroll in summer courses at ABC Pathways School or ABC Pathways International Kindergarten via the online platform will have the chance to receive a HK$200 supermarket voucher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. The offer is limited to a total of 150 quotas, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Minimum Spend: The total enrollment fee for a single student must be HK$4,000 or above. Eligibility also applies if cumulative top-up fees for make-up classes reach HK$4,000 or more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Each student can enjoy this offer once only. This offer is applicable to all students, including new and current students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. This offer is valid for online registration only and does not apply to on-site (in-person) registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Online Parent Courses are excluded from this promotion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Distribution Date: Supermarket vouchers will be distributed starting from April 2026 or later. Specific collection details will be announced separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Refund Deduction: If a student applies for withdrawal after registration, the school will deduct the face value of the voucher (HK$200) from the tuition fee refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
